Lynk & Co enters the Spanish market with its first Club in Barcelona
Only recently Lynk & Co entered the Spanish market with the opening of its first club in Barcelona and we have been part of it.
In case you are not familiar with Lynk & Co yet. The main difference is: Lynk & Co is not another car brand. They offer a new approach to mobility and ownership by providing mobility solutions for the connected generation who wants to be flexible and does not want to own a car anymore. Members can access a car on a flexible, month-to-month basis and share the 01 with friends, family, and the Lynk & Co community.
End of 2020 Lynk & Co hit the European market with its car 01 and the opening of its first club in Amsterdam. Now in September 2022, the brand has landed on the Spanish market with its Club in Barcelona. Over the last two years, the brand has had an impressive expansion so far. Barcelona is their ninth Club already. With it, Lynk & Co makes an important step to also reach its members in southern Europe.
All Clubs, whether it’s in Berlin, Amsterdam or Gothenburg, are located in the best areas. The Club in Barcelona can be found on Passeig de Gràcia 44, one of the most famous streets. So make sure to check it out when you are visiting the vibrant city of Barcelona.
With its Clubs, Lynk & Co creates a very special and unique retail experience. You will find a very relaxed, easy-going atmosphere. Nothing reminds you of a car-centric showroom. Each Club has its very own style, captures local element but nonetheless the Lynk & Co design is always instantly recognisable. The Clubs are meant to be a social space, where you can have a drink, participate in events and also shop products from local partner brands.
The Barcelona Club is designed in collaboration with Spanish design studio MASQUEESPACIO. You will discover a very colorful and creative setting – an eclectic, multi-story wonderland featuring bold sculptural centrepieces like an underwater swimming pool meeting room, fitting rooms encased in an emerald mountain and a 3D-printed dome, where the Lynk & Co 01 can be explored. Of course, you re able to book test drive to fully experience the car.
Sustainability places a great value for Lynk & Co when designing the Clubs. Like all of them, the Barcelona Club offers products from eco-friendly brands and runs off of 100% renewable energy.
